The rehearsal dinner was only the beginning to this South Carolina Wedding's charm and Ann + Anthony's newest wedding pillows were a perfect compliment to this Best Day Ever!

The personal touches included a coffee cup button as a nod to the groom.

Joy! The flower girl dresses scream southern charm, along with the white dress and suit jacket, of course. 

Just lovely!

Alex and Sophie are now making their home in DC. Alex and his brother, Chad, partnered in opening a coffee shop called The Wydown that is unique because it has its own baker and bakery: Sophie!

When a Baker and Barista get married their wedding is bound to be beautiful! The charm of South Carolina was thoughtfully brought into each decoration.

Ann + Anthony tea towels (to be used as napkins), a gift from their lovely host and hostess, welcomed the guests as they took their seat. The nautical alphabet was used to embroider the bride and grooms initials on the towels.

Because everyone's wedding day should be the Best Day Ever.

Excuse me for a minute while I overwhelm you with pictures of cute kids and City Pillows. We Love Des Moines! No questions about it. Our capitol building is special.  There is something welcoming about the golden dome rising above the cityscape.  When I was young and we were traveling, I knew I was close to home as soon as I saw the Capitol. Now, as a parent, I hear my children say they cannot wait to see the Capitol because it means home is close.

My three cuties and two of my adorable nieces were kind enough to be my models for an evening. They were wonderful, getting to hold balloons definitely helped.

Now to the pillows... The response to these city pillows has been so exciting! I am pleased to offer them in five different colors (soon to be six!!!) The colors are vibrant and bold! Placing a City Pillow on your favorite chair, sofa or even a bed in your home is a pretty way to share some "love" for your favorite city or state.

Most pillows are pictured as black and white in the shop but, it is easy to order the color you want by selecting your choice when adding the pillow to your cart.

The Stecs!

 Ann + Anthony's latest wedding pillows added a perfect pop of color and personal detail to the head table. The fabric showcases trees with falling leaves, yet is subtle enough to be the backdrop to the announcement of the lovely couple.

And, I cannot forget to mention the whimsy of this family tree! It is quite fun and a great way to honor both families!

The colors and scenery of fall provide a wonderful canvas for wedding details!  Enjoy and be creative!

My beautiful cousin, Stephenie, married the love of her life, Ryan, last weekend! She was stunning and the wedding was full of lovely details. 

I also love what Stephenie did with her wedding pillow. It fits perfectly in her home and goes to show these pillows aren’t just a wedding decoration. The Bride and Groom will enjoy them for a long time to come.

I’m not going to lie. I L.O.V.E. LOVE this pillow! Isn’t it whimsical!?! You can’t help but smile when you look at it.

Sophia, who was pretending to be Charlotte for these photos, was enamored with the balloons. There are so many aspects of this pillow to capture a child’s interest.

OOOh… an airplane. Taking pictures of a one year old can be very entertaining.

And, we’re done.. “Mommy, hold me!!!”

Love is truly beautiful. A wedding held in Barnes Barn built specifically for weddings. If I were to describe the decor in two words they would be, vintage elegance. I love LOVE the multi colored bridesmaid dresses under a floral trellis. The Secret Garden meets Footloose? Anyone else getting this vibe?

One of the very first sets of Ann + Anthony wedding pillows were created for Allie and Simon’s wedding. Working with lace and gold is always a joy!
